Design & Planning

The design and planning process begins with a fixed fee design and feasibility study of your property, surrounding properties and the local authority planning guidelines to give you a clear idea of what you can achieve through the design and planning process. From here we will put together an architectural package for the design element of the project, this can vary from a full architectural package (up to RIBA stage 5) or a planning permission-only package (up to RIBA stage 3)

Design & Detail

Once the planning application has been submitted, we will consult with the planners to understand how the application is submitted. During this time we will also being on the detailed design and consultancy aspect of the pre-construction services; this includes more in depth design work, cost planning and cost consultancy and programming and scheduling. We will also begin tendering to specialist sub-contractors. By the end of this process you will have a design & build package that is raring to go.

The Build & Refurbishment

At stage 3, the works are ready to begin on site and our management team, who have been working on your project since the very beginning, are there to assist with this process from start to finish. The build works progress with a logical, well thought out process which is communicated to you throughout. We will provide you with programs and timelines to follow and suggest weekly site meetings to discuss progress and to go through upcoming design decisions. We pride ourselves in this unique approach to the build process.

Completion & Aftercare

When the last brush stroke of paint has dried our work still hasn’t finished. Our wraparound care will even take care of moving in furniture and dressing rooms ready for living. We aim to create longstanding relationships with our clients that last years after we’ve delivered your wonderful project.
